A Culinary Institute of America trained Chef with a number of years experience will come to your next office luncheon, dinner party or just a backyard barbecue and will design a menu specific for you and your guests tastes. Will also design a separate menu for the gathering if anyone has specific dietary restrictions or is vegan.
All foods will be purchased by the chef, prepared and cooked from scratch menu prepared right at your location. This auction has a maximum of 10 guests, if your party has more guests please contact me through e mail we can accommodate.
There will be a appetizer, (which may be a salad) main course and dessert. Alcohol you will need to supply.
All cleanup will be done by the Chef and will be cleaned and left as if no one ever prepared anything in the kitchen

Roast Suckling Pig with Mashed Potatoes
Asian-style Chicken Orzo Salad
Yellow Chicken Curry with Thai basil
Deep-Fried Tofu with Wasabi, Daikon and Herbs
Vietnamese Stuffed Squid (Muc nhoi thit)
Lamb Rack With a Herb Crust and Vegetables
Duck Stuffed With Pork
Pigeon, Fortunella and Cauliflower
If you have something in mind a special menu can be produced. The Chef will collaborate with you to design and cook the best menu you have ever experienced.

The food each day was amazing. The chef prepared fantastic meals and
the kitchen staff were friendly and very accommodating. It was nice
not having to plan and worry about meals while on vacation. You will

The chef is very passionate about his cooking, the main courses were
top notch at dinner,
The blueberry smoothies and pancakes were very good also at breakfast.
The chef also made sugar cookies everyday that were excellent.

trained chef) - GREAT food! (Rack of lamb tender, no-fat/gristle BBQ
ribs, salmon-in-puff-pastry, prime rib, steak, trout, wonderful BIG
omelets, lean burgers, buffalo burgers, etc.)
